Next project - 10 May - Saturday's Dyeing Day for the WSD. Meeting at my house in Kings Norton. I get out my dyeing equipment and natural dyes, members bring their wool (yarn/fleece/fabric), and we do a number of dyebaths, trying to get a rainbow of colours. Rachel brings her acid dyes as well, and there is dyeing of stripey sock yarn. A bring-and-share lunch, and time to chat in the garden while the dyebaths are doing their thing. A fun day for all!
