|Notes:|| Part of a 3-D tapestry course I did in March-April 2021. The brief was to weave round an object - I thought that a water bottle that I might want to carry on a walk was a good idea. Complicated to arrange, and having woven the main part I decided it was easier to machine-embroider over a twisted cord (using the colours of the weaving) for the base. The strap was inkle-woven, again using the rug wool from the other weaving, but also some cotton treads for smoothness and strength.
Not sure I'd want to repeat this, but it was an interesting exercise. Took quite a bit of time, so it's not for sale (I couldn't charge a viable rate)
