| Notes: | Experiments with old linen sheeting, ecoprinted on Caroline Nixon's Jan-Feb 2021 course. This was a sample, trying lots of different leaves, overlapping them on iron-dipped fabric, and folding the fabric over to see both sides.
Geranium, tree peony, rosemary leaves, ordinary and cut-leaved bramble, herb Robert, dried eucalyptus leaves from next door. A slight colour from St John's Wort - and gaps in the print where I put an artichoke leaf and some grape vine leaves.
This will probably get embroidery - perhaps a bag or a cushion? |
