| Notes: | Textile playmat made for Elliot for his 4th birthday - with a bag for Lego. Theoretically the toys get put onto the playmat and the whole thing gets pulled up into a bag - in practice the mat is a bit thick, so the bag has ended up used on its own.
The playmat used a woven tapestry of my garden, which I cut up, some bits of a playmat I made for our son 35 years ago, and a bit of "sea" that came from another textile sample. I weas pleased with the result, even if it's not being used much so far! |
